Description

You will join a product group to own the development of the Connecteam platform, working across frontend and backend to build a product that is fast, scalable, and loved by deskless workers. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, define roadmaps, and deliver features from architecture to production.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience with frontend and backend at scale
• Experience with Python backend development
• Experience with React frontend development
• Proficiency in DB types, queues, design patterns, and architectures
• Experience scaling services to millions of users

Responsibilities

• Own product development from architecture to production
• Build responsive UI and scalable backend services
• Collaborate with product group (sales, CS, support, data, marketing, R&D)
• Define roadmap and execute weekly sprints
• Solve bugs and optimize system performance
