Description

This role provides one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric and adult clients in their homes. You will work with clients such as infants with trach/vent, NG tube feeds, and oxygen, as well as adults with trach/vent needs. Requirements

• Current RN license
• Passion for adult and/or pediatric care
• Experience with trach/vent, NG tube feeds, or oxygen therapy preferred
• Ability to work Monday-Sunday, day and overnight hours
• Reliable transportation to client locations in the tri-county area

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric and adult clients in their homes
• Manage trach/vent, NG tube feeds, and oxygen therapy as needed
• Maintain scheduling flexibility for day and overnight shifts
• Adhere to client care plans and deliver compassionate, reliable care
• Collaborate with the Skilled Nursing team in Gloucester, Salem, and Cumberland counties
