• Stay on top of emerging AI methods and guide model adoption decisions
• Establish research strategies with rigorous experimentation and evaluation protocols
• Develop novel algorithms for NLP, data extraction, and autonomous reasoning

📋 Requirements

• Strong programming skills and general Computer Science knowledge
• Research background in ML/NLP with top-tier conference publications or open-source contributions
• Experience deploying ML solutions in production environments
• Deep understanding of modern ML methods like transformers and reinforcement learning
