💼 About This Role

You'll support all legal matters for a rapidly-growing SaaS/AI company, from commercial contracts to regulatory compliance. You'll triage projects, balance speed and detail, and become a trusted advisor on AI-specific legal challenges. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge AI legal issues and the chance to shape processes at a Series E unicorn startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft and negotiate customer, partner, and vendor contracts
• Lead complex regulatory/compliance projects to completion
• Track new laws and ensure compliance across the company
• Partner with Sales and Finance on commercial and operational matters

📋 Requirements

• JD degree from top law school
• Admitted to practice law in NY (or willing to waive in)
• 2-5 years of legal experience at a top firm with diverse corporate work
