💼 About This Role

You'll join the Cash Management Brazil team within FINOPS, managing Nu's corporate bank accounts and liquidity. You'll ensure operational resilience and drive automation initiatives in a high-growth fintech. This role offers exposure to global banking partnerships and SOX controls.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage daily cash positions across multiple entities and banks.
• Execute and oversee high-value payment transfers.
• Lead bank statement reconciliations and discrepancy resolution.
• Maintain and improve SOX controls for bank accounts.

📋 Requirements

• Solid experience in operational finance routines (AP, reconciliations, treasury).
• Experience with multi-bank, multi-entity operations and high transactional volumes.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and bank integrations.
• Advanced/Fluent English for global banking partner negotiations.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in high-growth, transformation environments.
• Familiarity with automation/BI tools (e.g., dashboards, low-code).
• Previous experience in financial services or fintech.
