You'll design and build production-ready agent systems for financial advisory workflows, working with LLMs and orchestration frameworks. Your work will directly impact institutional clients at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design agent architectures using tool use, planning, and memory
• Build LLM orchestration, prompt management, and workflow systems
• Develop evaluation frameworks for agent quality and reliability
• Create APIs and platform abstractions for enterprise deployment

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years building production ML or backend systems
• Hands-on experience with LLMs or agent frameworks
• Strong Python skills with modern ML tooling
• Experience building evaluation/benchmarking systems for ML

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with self-hosted models or enterprise AI deployments
• Background in distributed systems or data infrastructure
• Exposure to financial systems or high-stakes domains
