Description

You will join the Corporate Finance team to assist with expense management, public company reporting, financial planning, forecasting, and analysis. Your work will directly support the Senior Management Team and Board of Directors in driving strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Four-year degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; CPA or CFA preferred
• 5+ years of progressive financial analysis or accounting experience
• 3+ years of FP&A experience
• Advanced Excel skills for complex financial models
• Experience with ERP (e.g., NetSuite) and FP&A systems

Responsibilities

• Report, analyze and forecast revenue for all business lines with focus on private equity
• Partner with department heads to produce annual budgets and track expense variances
• Support public reporting process with Corporate Accounting and Investor Relations
• Assist FP&A processes including forecast and budget updates and variance analysis
• Develop financial presentations for Senior Management Team and Board of Directors
