💼 About This Role

You'll join Axiom as an experienced attorney supporting legal teams in the pharma and health systems space. You'll draft, review, and negotiate commercial and research-related agreements with a focus on global work and CROs. This role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with a highly flexible work arrangement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft and negotiate MSAs, SOWs, CTAs, NDAs, and CDAs
• Provide legal support for global transactions and cross-border collaborations
• Advise on engagements with Clinical Research Organizations (CROs)
• Handle R&D legal work including pre-clinical and sponsored research agreements

📋 Requirements

• J.D. and active bar membership in good standing
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or health system sectors
• Demonstrated experience in global transactional, CRO, or R&D legal work
