🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate with engineers to break down tasks and create development schedules
• Oversee team schedules, workloads, and performance
• Discover, interview, and recruit new team members
• Communicate expectations, timelines, and feasibility to stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering management experience
• Experience leading cross-functional teams
• Proven track record of scoping and prioritizing development efforts
• Strong understanding of technical risk assessment
