🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead regulatory audit of clinical and business operations
• Design corporate compliance program aligned with OIG's Seven Elements
• Act as authorized signatory for legal compliance documents
• Partner with Product and Engineering to embed compliance by design

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in healthcare compliance
• 5+ years leadership in Virtual Care/Telehealth environment
• Expertise in 50-state telehealth regulations
• Knowledge of HIPAA, Stark Law, and Anti-Kickback Statute

✨ Nice to Have

• JD or Master's in Healthcare Administration
• CHC or CHPC certification
• Experience with AI regulations
