Description

You will work on digital innovation and transformation projects, applying process mining, automation, and GenAI to optimize business processes for clients across industries. You'll analyze KPIs, present to top management, and help build competence centers for sustainable technology use.

Requirements

• Outstanding bachelor's or master's degree in business, engineering, or IT
• Experience in business process management or related areas (e.g., process mining, automation, GenAI)
• Strong analytical, presentation, and MS Office skills
• Team spirit and willingness to travel internationally
• Excellent German and English skills

Responsibilities

• Apply data-driven technologies to optimize business processes end-to-end
• Analyze and evaluate KPIs to identify process inefficiencies and growth opportunities
• Present analysis results and business cases to top management
• Support setup of competence centers and operating models
• Contribute to global roll-outs of innovative solutions
