💼 About This Role

You'll join Aurora's Product Security team to discover, mitigate, and prevent security risks in autonomous vehicle software, hardware, and services. You'll directly impact the security posture of the Aurora Driver by conducting threat modeling, security assessments, and code reviews. This role offers a chance to work on cutting-edge autonomous vehicle security with a passionate team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide cybersecurity consulting to engineering teams
• Develop and apply threat models and security requirements
• Perform technical security assessments and vulnerability testing
• Research new attack vectors against autonomous vehicle systems

📋 Requirements

• Foundational knowledge of Automotive Cybersecurity (ISO21434/UNECE/NHTSA)
• Foundational knowledge of Linux operating system security
• Proficiency in C++, Golang, and Python
• Experience in vulnerability discovery and code-level security reviews

✨ Nice to Have

• Relevant automotive cybersecurity work experience
• Offensive security or penetration testing experience
• Experience with embedded firmware security or hardware security
