💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of approximately 30 Autonomous GSE Operators across two shifts in a 24/5 operation at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. You'll set the operational tempo and uphold the highest safety standards. This role offers the chance to be at the forefront of autonomous ground handling in aviation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead team of ~30 operators across two shifts
• Publish weekly schedules and tug assignments
• Monitor real-time fleet performance and intervene
• Conduct monthly one-on-ones and coaching sessions

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years supervisory experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid US driver's license
• Ability to pass federal background checks and get airport security badge
