🎯 What You'll Do

• Interact with users to understand needs and resolve technical issues

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical support
• Administrator-level knowledge of Windows and Linux
• Understanding of networking technologies
• Experience with Oracle (SQL/PLSQL) and MSSQL databases
