🎯 What You'll Do

• Inspire and hold team accountable for NOI, occupancy, collections, and home sales goals.
• Manage resident ledgers and ensure work orders completed within 48 hours.
• Lead marketing efforts and maintain sales pipeline for rentals and home sales.
• Oversee rent billing, collections, and legal actions in compliance with Fair Housing Standards.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in multi-family property management.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record and ability to pass background check.
