Description

As a Senior Experience Strategist UX Designer, you will join a fast-growing CX team to define and design holistic digital experiences. You'll act as a trusted advisor, balancing user needs with business goals, and contribute to research, strategy, and high-fidelity designs.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a UX designer at an agency
• Expertise in UX design, research, and testing deliverables
• Figma experience is required
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with direct client interaction
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Maintain consumer focus while balancing user needs with business objectives
• Define and support research efforts including VoC surveys, concept testing, and workshops
• Translate user insights into design concepts, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes
• Contribute to information architecture, navigation models, and to-be sitemaps
• Participate in usability testing and synthesize findings into actionable recommendations
