💼 About This Role

You'll engage communities across North Carolina to expand our membership base through recruitment and Election Protection programming. You'll support comprehensive training and serve as the first point of contact for volunteers and members. This hybrid role requires travel in the Sandhills Region, with an expected start of July 1, 2026 and end on December 15, 2026.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Engage members in Election Protection efforts
• Support recruitment and trainings for volunteers
• Coordinate early voting, election day, and post-election activities
• Recruit and engage members for post-election activities

• Commitment to Common Cause's nonpartisan mission
• Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Interest in democracy issues like voting rights and redistricting
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
