Requirements

• 3-5 years outbound field sales experience
• Full-cycle sales methodology with conversion optimization expertise
• Strong B2B negotiation and time management skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, receptive to feedback
• Proficiency in Salesforce, SalesLoft, Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Build merchant network by prospecting and closing new businesses in assigned territory
• Lead field-first approach: daily visits, local events, community relationships
• Own full sales cycle from outreach to close using in-person, phone, email, and virtual touchpoints
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly acquisition quotas and conversion targets
• Maintain disciplined pipeline tracking in Salesforce
