💼 About This Role

You'll manage a team of hourly associates in an Inspection Center to achieve production targets and ensure vehicles meet quality standards. Your leadership directly impacts inventory flow and team development.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center
• Oversee daily team activities and provide coaching
• Monitor adherence to systems, policies, and procedures
• Review and approve identified mechanical and physical defects

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Experience using computers
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean record
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
