You will define and drive complex, technical product initiatives with strategic impact across Oscar Health. Partnering with engineering, data, and design, you will lead cross-functional initiatives, mentor peers, and influence product practices to deliver meaningful outcomes for members.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills using data to identify opportunities
• End-to-end thinking from top-level goals to details
• Ability to influence and manage stakeholders at all levels with strong communication
• Comfort working in highly collaborative environments driving toward decisions

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of complex cross-functional initiatives to achieve key business objectives
• Partner with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, Network, and Claims Operations to define strategy and roadmap
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product leadership to make resource trade-off decisions
• Provide recommendations to leadership for product enhancements and new product development
• Develop operating models for new products in partnership with leadership
