Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (MSME preferred)
• 10+ years R&D experience in power distribution industry
• Experience in medium voltage power distribution systems
• Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD
• Knowledge of IEEE/ANSI C37.20.2 standards

Responsibilities

• Lead design and validation of medium voltage power distribution products including metal clad and metal enclosed switchgear
• Manage and mentor engineers and designers, providing career guidance and feedback
• Drive on-time performance and minimize design errors for NPI projects
• Conduct peer reviews and improve design quality
• Facilitate communication between design, manufacturing, and operations teams
