You'll set up and process injection molding orders on the Week Shift at a digital manufacturing leader. Your work directly impacts rapid production of innovative products. This role offers hands-on technical work with advanced molding equipment in a supportive team environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Install aluminum molds into injection molding press and set parameters.
• Process parts to specifications and inspect for defects.
• Troubleshoot and correct process problems at the press.
• Purge barrels and maintain clean, organized work area.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years hands-on injection molding experience.
• Knowledge of molding process variables and ability to read part prints.
• Experience with basic measurement tools and SPC concepts.

✨ Nice to Have

• Technical certificate in injection molding or plastics technology.
• Experience with hot runner systems or electric molding presses.
• Familiarity with IQMS/NetSuite/SAP or similar ERP/MES.
