💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the primary Manufacturing Engineering lead at a contract manufacturing facility, driving process optimization for drone production. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to transition products from NPI to mass production, ensuring quality and efficiency.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary on-site Manufacturing Engineering lead at contract manufacturer.
• Drive resolution of manufacturing issues using Design of Experiments.
• Design and implement mechanical jigs and fixtures for process control.
• Develop standard processes and documentation like process flow charts.
• Partner with Design teams to integrate Design for Manufacturability principles.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering from NPI to mass production.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong background in developing robust and repeatable processes for scaling new products.
• Ability to provide DFM/DFA feedback for continuous manufacturing improvement.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with PCB and SMT processes.
• Knowledge of coating application and Automated Optical Inspection.
• Experience with 3D CAD software (NX, Creo, SolidWorks).
