💼 About This Role

You'll shape features that empower clients to manage and optimize their impact initiatives. You'll collaborate with senior product leaders, cross-functional partners, and enterprise clients to deliver data-driven tools for good. You'll own the full product lifecycle for our granting team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Communicate daily with engineering teams on epics and user stories
• Own and manage a product backlog with development-ready requirements
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align on feature needs and feasibility
• Develop and maintain roadmaps and product presentations

📋 Requirements

• 3–5+ years as Business Analyst, Product Owner or Product Manager for a SaaS company
• Experience with backlog management and requirements building
• Direct engineering engagement
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (especially Scrum)

✨ Nice to Have

• Certification in Agile or Product Ownership (CSPO, SAFe)
• Experience with corporate social responsibility software
• Previous software engineering experience
