Description

You will identify gaps and inefficiencies in audit workflows, recommend improvements, and ensure the platform aligns with audit standards. You'll also define where automation and AI can assist auditors while keeping decisions explainable and inspection-safe.

Requirements

• CPA (US) or ACA/ACCA with Big 4 experience
• 10-15 years of external audit experience
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP
• Practical experience with ISA, US GAAS, and PCAOB standards
• Experience in complex accounting areas

Responsibilities

• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and quality risks in workflows
• Translate audit pain points into actionable improvement recommendations
• Collaborate with product and technology teams for audit-aligned enhancements
• Define audit activities suitable for automation and AI assistance
• Distinguish between automation, AI-assisted judgment, and human-only decisions
