💼 About This Role

You'll lead global on-road testing execution across UK, US, DE, and JP. You'll translate technical testing requirements into real-world delivery. This role sits at the centre of operations, partnering closely with Engineering and Product.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end execution of real-world testing across UK, US, DE, and JP
• Manage regional Heads of Fleet Ops and the Demonstrations Manager
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Program teams to operationalize testing
• Drive consistent, high-quality test execution across regions and programs

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience leading large-scale multi-site technical operations
• Strong cross-functional program leadership in high-velocity R&D settings
• Excellent command of operational planning and milestone tracking
• Experience managing and scaling distributed teams across regions or time zones

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in autonomous systems, robotics, or automotive engineering
• Understanding of test coordination and release readiness
• Familiarity with Jira for milestone tracking
