You'll work remotely, collaborate with Tier 3 support, and mentor Level 1 team members while ensuring accurate order processing and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- 2+ years direct-to-consumer customer service experience
- Proficiency in helpdesk software like Zendesk
- 1+ year remote role experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced escalated support for complex HSS, DME, and product inquiries
- Investigate and resolve complex issues with Tier 3, focusing on DME workflows
- Serve as a resource for Level 1 team members on complex cases
- Review, process, and manage HSS/DME orders with high accuracy
- Validate prescription submissions for DME items ensuring regulatory compliance
