Description

You will lead the synthesis and optimization of advanced inorganic solid electrolytes for next-generation solid-state batteries. This role involves driving innovation from discovery through product integration, managing a team, and collaborating cross-functionally to align development with commercialization goals.

Requirements

• Ph.D. or M.S. in Materials Science, Chemistry, or related field
• 8+ years in inorganic solid electrolyte R&D
• Expertise in materials synthesis, powder processing, and scale-up
• Experience with solid electrolytes like sulfides, oxides, and polymers
• Proven ability to build and lead teams in startup environments

Responsibilities

• Define technical strategy for inorganic solid electrolyte development
