💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding sea freight cross-border trucking shipments, coordinating day-to-day operations. You'll handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure compliance with import/export regulations. This role offers the chance to work with a tech-enabled logistics company disrupting Southeast Asia's last-mile delivery.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute and monitor day-to-day sea freight operations including haulage and fumigation.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person professionally.
• Coordinate with internal departments like Solution, Sales, and Finance.
• Handle escalated complaints and implement corrective actions.

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years customer service experience in freight forwarding specializing in Seafreight.
• Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.

✨ Nice to Have

• Proficiency in any other ASEAN languages.
• Experience with FMS system or similar.
• Knowledge of customs documentation (bills of lading, ISF, AMS).
