💼 About This Role

You'll lead the full lifecycle of complex services contracts for Esri's Professional Services division. You'll serve as a strategic advisor, mentoring a team and shaping contract management practices. This role offers the chance to work on varied, challenging assignments that support transformative geospatial solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead full lifecycle of complex services contracts, from RFP to closeout
• Provide strategic guidance on contract structuring, risk mitigation, and compliance
• Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, finance, and project teams
• Mentor and coach junior and mid-level contract professionals

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressively complex contract administration experience
• Demonstrated success in negotiating and managing various contract types
• Strong understanding of contract law and risk management
• Proven leadership and mentoring experience within a Contracts or Legal team

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with federal contracting and large systems integrator terms
• Experience with FAR/DFAR and federal regulations
• Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
