Description

In this rotational program, you will work on advanced testing, validation, and system-level analysis across product teams, implementing test automation, building CI pipelines, and identifying root causes of bugs in distributed systems. You'll gain exposure to healthcare and data platforms while receiving mentorship and training.

Requirements

• Soon-to-be graduate (BS, MS, or PhD) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related STEM field
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming (Java, Python, C++, C#)
• Exposure to scripting languages (Bash, PowerShell)
• Familiarity with unit testing frameworks and test automation tools
• Understanding of version control (Git) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)

Responsibilities

• Partner with development teams to implement test automation
• Build continuous integration (CI) pipelines
• Identify root causes of bugs and regressions in distributed systems
• Participate in two 6-week team rotations across product teams
• Transition to a long-term team after program completion
