Description

You will build and evolve internal developer platforms and toolchains to streamline CI/CD workflows and enable engineers to ship reliable code faster. Partner with teams to identify bottlenecks and design scalable, self-service solutions that improve developer productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 5+ years in Software Engineering or related roles
• Strong background in Python, Go, or C++
• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins), cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), and IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Expertise in software development lifecycle and converting ambiguous goals into requirements

Responsibilities

• Build scalable backend services, CI/CD pipelines, build systems, and toolchains for developer workflows
• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify pain-points and improve development workflows
• Improve system reliability, performance, scalability, and observability across distributed systems
• Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues
• Contribute to system architecture decisions and technical roadmaps
