• Build and manage department-level financial plans and forecasts.

• Develop dashboards to track KPIs and inform decisions.

📋 Requirements

• 5–7+ years of merchandise planning experience in fashion retail.
• Deep understanding of retail math and OTB discipline.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.

• Experience with BI tools like Metabase.
• Familiarity with NetSuite, Amazon Seller Central, or Shopify.
