You'll build and lead a team of BDRs at Browserbase, the leading headless browser infrastructure platform for AI agents. You'll own the BDR-to-AE pairing strategy and drive outbound pipeline that converts. This is a ground-floor sales leadership role at a category-defining company backed by top VCs.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Set and maintain high-performing culture with daily activity and quota management of BDRs
  • Own BDR-to-AE pairing strategy to maximize pipeline quality and conversion
  • Hire and train new BDRs on product, personas, competitive landscape, and tooling
  • Strategize with sales and GTM on pipeline and prospecting initiatives

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2+ years of AE experience as an individual contributor exceeding goals
  • 2+ years building and leading BDR teams with proven track record
  • Success in fast-paced GTM environments at developer tools or infrastructure SaaS companies
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales intelligence tools (e.g., HubSpot, Common Room, Looker, Excel)

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience selling developer tools, infrastructure, or API products
  • Familiarity with AI/ML ecosystem or browser automation
  • Experience in a product-led growth (PLG) environment
