💼 About This Role

You'll manage inventory and contract asset accounting, drive financial reporting and audit readiness under US GAAP/IFRS. Your work ensures accurate month-end closing and compliance. This role offers hands-on experience with NetSuite and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-growing fleet safety company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform month-end close activities including journal entries and reconciliations
• Prepare financial reporting packs with inventory schedules and COGS analysis
• Drive audit readiness and support walkthroughs for inventory and AP cycles
• Manage inventory control policies and reconcile physical counts with NetSuite

📋 Requirements

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• 3–5 years of experience in financial reporting and inventory accounting
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS for inventory and reserves
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and hands-on with NetSuite or SAP

• Experience in Procure-to-Pay processes and AP controls
• Expertise in GL reconciliations and monthly flux analysis
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
