💼 About This Role

You'll provide ongoing client care as an unregulated member of an interprofessional team in a Complex Continuing Care unit. You'll observe, monitor, and report on client status, ensuring changes are communicated to nurses. This role offers a chance to make a difference in supporting clients' quality of life.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide ongoing client care as part of interprofessional team
• Observe, monitor, and report on client status changes
• Deliver prescribed medications per policy
• Report changes to RN/LPN and maintain professional standards

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Graduation from Alberta Government recognized Health Care Aide program
• Active registration in the Alberta HCA Directory
• Physical capability to lift, transfer, and reposition clients

• Program specific training/experience in complex mental health
