💼 About This Role

You'll drive process improvement initiatives for logistics and distribution operations at a mission-driven startup. Your work will directly impact unit economics and customer delight through data-driven decisions. You'll play a key role in launching new markets and expanding our 3PL business vertical.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support launch of new projects and initiatives across West Coast fulfillment operations
• Analyze data using statistical tools to identify strategic improvement opportunities
• Implement Lean tools: 5S, KPI, SMED, VSM, Kaizen
• Create training materials including checklists, standard work, and SOPs

📋 Requirements

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or delivery operations
• Bachelor's degree in industrial, manufacturing, chemical, or mechanical engineering
• Working knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
• Minimum Yellow Belt Lean Six Sigma Certification
