Description

You'll own the full relocation cycle for new and existing employees moving between JetBrains offices, advising on policies, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth transitions. You'll also serve as an immigration expert for Cyprus and contribute to HR projects.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of relocation experience, plus HR operations, account management, customer support, or project management a plus
• Solid knowledge of Cyprus immigration processes and residence requirements
• Motivation to work with customizable project management software like JetBrains YouTrack
• Strong organizational, time-management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English; Greek language skills and personal relocation experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage full relocation cycle for new and existing employees and their families
• Track relocations in project management and HR systems, identify process improvements
• Advise employees on relocation policies and guide them through settling in Cyprus
• Coordinate relocation logistics within time and budget, arrange temporary accommodation
• Act as subject matter expert on Cyprus immigration, handle residence permits and renewals
