You'll drive end-to-end delivery of features for a globally scaled social discovery platform used by millions. You'll build high-performance Flutter applications and shape technical decisions in a fully remote, cross-functional team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive end-to-end delivery of business features from design to release.
• Design and implement scalable Flutter applications with focus on performance.
• Review technical specs and present architectural decisions to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product, QA, backend, and architects throughout the lifecycle.
• Support QA and release processes by debugging and resolving issues.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years commercial experience with Flutter and Dart.
• Strong understanding of Flutter architecture and state management.
• Experience building responsive UI and high-performance mobile interfaces.
• Knowledge of mobile app lifecycle, performance optimization, and debugging tools.
• Experience writing unit and widget tests.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with crash reporting tools like Firebase Crashlytics or Sentry.
• Exposure to app store deployment and native Android/iOS integrations.
• Familiarity with mobile CI/CD pipelines.
