💼 About This Role

You'll lead the unified sales organization following a merger, building and scaling the sales engine for the largest TMS platform. You'll drive revenue growth, execute go-to-market strategy, and represent CXT Software at industry events. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape a category-leading platform in last-mile and courier logistics.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for predictable revenue growth.
  • Act as player-coach, supporting SEs on complex enterprise deals.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across Marketing, Customer Success, and Product.
  • Build and scale the sales organization, including SEs, SDRs, and sales ops.
  • Establish KPIs, forecasting models, and pipeline discipline for accurate revenue visibility.

📋 Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in B2B SaaS Sales, with 10+ years in senior sales leadership.
  • 5+ years of direct experience selling Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or logistics technology.
  • Proven track record of forecasting accuracy using frameworks like MEDDPICC or SPICED.
  • Demonstrated experience building and scaling sales organizations from the ground up.

  • Prior experience in integrating sales teams post-acquisition.
