You'll lead Dandy's graphic design team, setting visual standards across all channels and touchpoints. You'll shape brand presence through campaigns, product marketing, and performance channels. This role offers high autonomy and the chance to elevate a team's creative output in a rapidly scaling company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of visual designers
• Establish scalable design systems and campaign frameworks
• Oversee creative execution across marketing channels
• Manage resourcing, capacity planning, and external partners

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in visual design including Art Director or Senior Manager level
• Proven experience leading multiple designers (more than 2 direct reports)
• Portfolio showing integrated multi-channel campaigns and scalable brand systems
• Deep expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
