💼 About This Role

You'll join the Observability Experience Team as a Tech Lead, working at the intersection of big data engineering and backend architecture. You'll shape the end-to-end Observability experiences for logs, metrics, and traces, collaborating across product teams. This role offers the chance to influence long-term technical vision at a leading Search AI company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with product management and design on Observability experiences.
• Serve as contact point for support, integrations, and Elastic Stack engineers.
• Review code and provide constructive feedback to engineers.
• Define coding practices and standards for the team.

📋 Requirements

• Experience leading technical projects in data and enterprise architecture.
• Hands-on experience using and developing Observability tools (preferably Logs).
• Experience mentoring expert engineers and guiding technical roadmaps.
• Ability to work with high autonomy from design to delivery.
