Requirements

• 5+ years engineering management experience building and leading high-performing teams
• Strong background in AI, ML, and data-driven products
• Comfortable in fast-paced startup environments navigating ambiguity
• Deep knowledge of TypeScript, React, cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes
• Experience delivering SaaS enterprise software at scale

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and develop a team of high-performing engineers with mentorship and career development
• Partner with product, design, and technical writing to define roadmap and drive execution
• Oversee end-to-end software development lifecycle from planning to production deployment
• Contribute to technical discussions and architectural decisions
• Establish best practices for reliability, scalability, and usability
