You'll bridge product intent and engineering execution, building AI-enabled delivery systems that surface risk early and automate coordination. You'll transform how 3E ships software by combining technical execution, program ownership, and change leadership. This role is for someone who wants to write production-quality code and scale impact across teams rather than just running status meetings.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate product intent into executable tasks and build automated validation.
• Create cross-program detection for dependencies, blockers, and delivery risks.
• Build and maintain flow metrics infrastructure for delivery decisions.
• Write production-quality code and integrate AI workflows into delivery lifecycle.

📋 Requirements

• Delivery leadership experience across multiple global teams.
• Strong coding proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar.
• Experience designing and building CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.).
• Hands-on cloud experience in AWS, Azure, or GCP.

✨ Nice to Have

• DevOps reliability or MLOps experience.
• Experience building internal tools adopted by engineering teams.
• Familiarity with AI governance frameworks (e.g., NIST AI RMF).
