🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead drafting and negotiation of complex commercial agreements
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Finance to assess risk and enable revenue
• Advise on product initiatives with a product-oriented legal lens
• Build leverage through systems, improving CLM, templates, and playbooks

📋 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) and active bar membership in good standing
• 5+ years of experience managing commercial contract deliverables
• 8+ years of experience with scope and judgment aligned to senior-level work
• Experience leading complex commercial deals with enterprise customers and financial institutions

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience contributing to an in-house legal team in specialties beyond commercial contracting
• Working knowledge of financial services, consumer protection, and data/privacy regulations
• In-house experience in a high-growth or early-stage environment
