Responsibilities
- Partner with sales team to implement products pre- and post-sales, ensuring accurate customer-specific configurations
- Anticipate and interpret customer needs through effective questioning and active listening
- Maintain strong customer relationships by sharing product updates, insights, and best practices
- Work with Support team to address and resolve complex technical issues
- Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Product teams to follow up on customer needs and advocate for solutions
