💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end logistics performance and build-out across Europe, designing and scaling the regional network for best-in-class cost, service, and speed. As the primary logistics partner to the COO, you'll translate global strategy into actionable regional plans while driving continuous optimization and team leadership during a critical scale-up phase.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set up and scale the EU logistics network including warehouse and labelling solutions
• Own regional logistics KPIs across cost, service levels, and delivery speed
• Partner with COO to translate global strategy into executable regional plans
• Drive cross-functional coordination for EU regulatory compliance in logistics
• Lead a lean team of 3PL/Warehouse Manager, Transportation Manager, and Inventory Planner

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in logistics/supply chain with strong EU exposure
• Proven experience building or scaling logistics operations (warehouse + transport + inventory)
• Strong hands-on experience with 3PLs, carrier networks, and multi-country distribution
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
