You'll own and grow a portfolio of marketplace customers, driving retention and wallet share for Fleek's secondhand fashion B2B platform. You'll act as the single point of contact for resellers and enterprise buyers, building AI-powered workflows to scale account management. This role requires entrepreneurial energy and an AI-first mindset to compete against global wholesalers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a book of customers in the £5-15k monthly spend range.
• Drive 10-20% month-on-month growth in retention and wallet share.
• Use WhatsApp, email, calls, and stock lists to drive customer engagement.
• Proactively identify and re-engage lapsed accounts.
• Build AI-enabled workflows to scale account management.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in a commercial or account management role at an early-stage or high-growth company.
• Experience working with SMBs, entrepreneurs, or retail businesses.
• Comfort with ambiguity and building processes from scratch.
• An AI-first mindset with recent use of AI tools or automation.
