You'll deliver rapid analysis and high-quality reporting for a global sales organisation at Xero. You'll step beyond data delivery to become a strategic partner, helping regional leads navigate busy cycles and identify the "why" behind the numbers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver fast-paced analytics projects and ad-hoc business queries
• Design and maintain global reporting suite for sales pipelines and customer behaviour
• Collaborate with Regional Analytics Leads to shape insights during critical cycles
• Drive evolution of Next Best Action recommendation engine using data science models

📋 Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in an insights or analytics role
• High-level SQL proficiency for extracting and manipulating data
• Experience with Tableau (or similar BI tools) for dashboards and storytelling
• Understanding of SaaS business model and commercial metrics

• Familiarity with data science models or recommendation engines
• Experience with customer segmentation and cohort analysis
