💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of Customer Success Managers to drive adoption, value realization, and retention across enterprise clients. You'll act as an escalation point for key accounts and coach CSMs to become trusted advisors. This remote role offers the chance to shape customer relationships at a SaaS company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage, coach, and develop a team of Customer Success Managers.
• Ensure strong execution of customer engagement across onboarding, adoption, and renewals.
• Own customer health, adoption, and retention outcomes across the portfolio.
• Act as escalation point and sponsor for key and at-risk customers.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in Customer Success, Consulting, or SaaS roles.
• 3+ years managing customer-facing teams in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of customer adoption and lifecycle management.
• Experience engaging with senior customer stakeholders.
